    Although it says for PCs without hardware virtualization, install it in VMware anyway.

    Ok that did the trick, it's runs just like my old xp computer so far.This is a very good tutorial,Run XP Mode on Windows 7 Machines Without Hardware Virtualization - How-To Geek.Step by step all the way.Thank You Junebug & Luigi2012SM64DS, I really appreciate the help.
