Windows 7: VboxManage.exe Not working over telnet

I am running Oracle VirtualBox on Windows 7 32-Bit OS. With Oracle VirtualBox a command line utility is provided named: VBoxManage.exe which is used to manage virtual machine over command line. This Utility works fine if executed on system directly (no Telnet or SSH). But when this command is executed over telnet, this utility crashes.

I just want to check if while running a telnet session, there is any additional settings that has to be changed, please let me know.

I dont have any other information at all.
