Can't install Virtual PC?
Yesterday, I installed XP Mode on my Win7Pro desktop and everything went smoothly. I am trying to do the same for my Lenovo X220 laptop, which comes with Windows 7 Pro including SP1. All software is fully ligitimate with proper updates, etc.
XP Mode appeared to insatll ok, but not Virtual PC. When I try to run it, I get a message that says, "This upgrade is not applicable to your computer". FWIW, Windows XP Mode does not show up in my Windows 7 start programs listing.
This machine is a very clean Windows 7 OS install, with no special security other than Kaspersky. Any idea what's keeping this from installing?
