VPN in Xp Mode

Ok, installed WIndows virtual PC so I could install xp Mode. withing XP mode I am trying to install Cisco anyconnect VPN client so i can use this for work. When i try to install the VPN, I keep getting the error. Secure VPN via remote desktop not allowed. Yet two other people at my work (we all work remotely from home) are doing this and they did not have any issues installing the VPN. They also have no clue as to why I am getting this error. ANy help would be appreciated.

TIA

lol, they have no clue and me either...however have they changed any settings like disabling ipv6? If everyone has the same build and settings, then it must be the phase of the moon. Keep trying.
