VM Box Error VT-x\AMD

I have Problems With VirtualBox
When I try to Install Windows 8 pro I get this error VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration has been enabled, but is not operational. Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX) require this feature.
Please ensure that you have enabled VT-x/AMD-V properly in the BIOS of your host computer.
I trying Reinstalling But just get the same Problem. I Search In BIOS But There's no Features.
