Another go at Win95 install on VB

Im having another bash at installing Win95 in VirtualBox and got a bit further this time. Ive got as far as Disk1 and where it says "Please wait while Setup initializes".

I dont know if its taking a really long time and I should wait or its hit a wall.

    haha

anyway Ive got a bit further. Im using my original Win95 install cd and its asking for the location of qualifying products for the ugprade check. Im not sure which products that would be. Maybe Windows 3.1?

Smart Computing Article - Upgrading From DOS To Windows 95=

    Maybe DOS.

This thread reminds me of something that I am going to post just so I do not forget it.

In the release frenzy, when I was installing a new build almost everyday, I would sometimes hang at one of the startup screens.

Only, it wasn't really hung. ALT+TAB would reveal the login screen or some other dialog.
