    Hi all
try and run the vmware 64 bit guest check - you might find that it's already enabled. If the vmware check says your machine is capable of running a 64 bit guest then it's already enabled. - You don't have to run vmware workstation etc if you want to use xp mode etc.

I have a laptop where this is enabled - no entry in the BIOS for turning it on or off.

enc program - just run it - nothing to install

    cheers

Pre-built machines like a Dell for instance might not have this option in the BIOS but I would assume it would be enabled. If it a custom built with a motherboard like an EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, etc there should be an option in the CPU section. I have an ASUS board and I believe it was in the Tweaker section where you would do overclocking at. Mine was enabled by default.
