Communication between XP and Windows 7
I downloaded XP on Windows Virtual PC and have it running fine. My question is, can an application running in XP Mode communicate with one running in Windows 7.
For example, I play a game that uses a joystick. One application to configure the joystick only works in Windows XP whilst I game in Windows 7. So, if I ran this configuration application in XP Mode and started the game in Windows 7, would they be able to communicate with each other?
