XP Mode on Home Premium 64-Bit?

So I need XP Mode and Virtual PC on Home Premium 64-Bit, which isn't compatible with any of those two. I know on Microsoft's website you could lie about the version of 7 you use (saying you use Ultimate/Premium instead of Home Premium) but when Microsoft.com was overhauled it had it where the download could detect your version of Windows 7 and I get unusable files instead of the programs. I need an answer ASAP

Virtual PC is compatible with Home Premium, XP Mode is not though.

Since that is against the EULA we cannot help you with that.

I see. I am using VirtualBox and the XP VHD that Modern.IE offers me is an EXE file, could you explain to me what the exe file does when I open it?

The XP Mode is what's against the EULA,

    Supported Operating System
    Windows 7
Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate, or Windows 7 Enterprise.
Virtual PC installs as an update. XP Mode installs as a program,

could you explain to me what the exe file does when I open it?
Windows XP Mode provides a 32-bit virtual Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (SP3) environment. This download includes a virtual hard disk (.vhd file) with Windows XP SP3 preinstalled.
Download Windows XP Mode from Official Microsoft Download Center

In order to use XP Mode on Home Premium, you need to have your own licensed copy of Windows XP.

Technically, you cannot use XP Mode on Win 7 Home Premium. However, if you have your own copy of XP, you can use VirtualBox, VMWarePlayer, Windows Virtual PC, etc... to setup a virtual machine running XP and closely mimic XP Mode on a Home Premium machine.

Download both parts for your chosen virtualization platform, Part1.exe and Part2.rar to same folder.

Run Part1.exe to extract and install the virtual machine.

Open your virtualization program, create a new virtual machine using the extracted vhd as an existing vhd.

That's it. Here the XP - IE6 which I just downloaded and installed on Hyper-V:
