As long as the integration tools are installed, itl bump up to 32-bit.

Not sure if this is related or not but, when I am in xp-mode I can't install some of my software because it demands an 800x600 screen and no matter what I try I can only get a 16 bit 1024x598. I got it into 24 bit mode as shown here but still can't move the slider from less to more on screen resolution, am I missing something here?

1. Run regedit in XP.
2. Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services].
3. Add a DWORD Value named "ColorDepth" w/o parenthesis.
4. Right-click it, modify, then put "4" in the Value data.
5. Restart XP mode.

On another note, if you clicked the link above, you'll notice that he said 32-bit color is possible with XP mode, but you'll have to make extensive changes to the RDP!
That^ Thanks!

I recently installed the XP mode beta for Windows 7, and to me it just seems to be a version of XP tailored for virtualization, which falls quite short of my expectations. I haven't used it extensively though, so, while I think it's unlikely, is it possible for me to say, install a game...
