    Cant browse Win 7 drives

    Hello all,

First time posting here, not new to IT or forums, but here goes.

I have a user that can no longer browse his Win 7 drives from VPC. I cant find anything in the Event Viewer on either machine that would steer me in the right direction. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Integration Features to no avail. I've also tried renaming the couple of system files associated with the VPC Integration Devices. I can browse USB and DVD drives w/o problems, but no other drives. It used to have mapped Win 7 network drives and the local C. This user just simply wants to create some files in the virtual and then transfer them over to Win 7. I know we can do the USB answer, but I really want to know why these drives disappeared. VPC Components are currently at version 14.1.7600.16403. The user also cant drag and drop files from the virtual to Win 7 liked he used to. I've searched threads across different forums and am pretty much at a loss. Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

A little more info to add. In the Integration Features settings, Enable at Startup, Clipboard, and C: drive are ticked. I also have it set to shutdown when you close the window. I'm going to call Microsoft and see what they have to say.
