Virtual Machine asking for password when I don't have a password

    Hello,

My virtual machine is asking for login information when I start it up, but I've never needed login information. I asked the guy who was here before me and he said he never needed a password either. Is there a way I can go in and reset the password or set one so I can get logged on?

Perhaps one of these methods will work for you:

I understand that. The steps are the same.

e.g. you should be able to boot the VM to the ISO file from option 5 in the tut that I linked to.

BTW, have you tried just clicking on OK without entering any password?
