Windows 7: Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 not booting Windows 98.

Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 not booting Windows 98.

My install of Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 won't boot Windows 98, it just bluescreens (the host) after POSTing.
And, no, reinstalling won't help, it just breaks the application even more.
Here is what happens with certain functions now:

New VM- Works, won't create VHD though.
Start (Windows 98)- Bluescreens host after POST.
Delete VM- Crashes VPC.
VM settings- Works, won't save config changes though...

VirtualPC 2007 is not officially supported on Windows 7. That, combined with the fact that you are running it on a Macbook may be the cause of the problem.

Normally I would suggest using Windows VirtualPC supplied with Windows 7. But I expect it would not work well with Windows 98 as a client.
