Virtual Drive

I upgraded from Vista to W7 and wasn't able to run MajicDisk. The program would install and give me an error. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there any freeware virtual drives that anyone can recommend that will work with Windows 7? If you know of software please help me out. Thanks in advance.
