XPMode USB mouse not recognised correctly

Hi, I can't seem to get my Microsoft notebook optical mouse 3000 recognized in XP mode. I have tried all flavors of drivers for this specific mouse. I also have three yellow flags in Device manager under Other Devices>Virtual PC Integration device. From searching the web I guess I am stuck with the virtual pc "hardware" like S3 trio graphics card, ps2 keyboard and mouse, sound blaster soundcard etc...I did manage to install a snap-in console to boost my screen resolution to 32 bit. Thanks in advance. Bob
