    Problem! Video is slow in virtula xp.


    Hi! I m new here. In trouble and need your help guys! I installed windows xp sp2 in virtual pc, but when integrated, it plays video v e r y . . . slowly. The machine is also slow, too. Any solution?
    using Asus m2n mx se plus motherboard, amd athlon x64 processor and 2 gb ram. Is it to install the dislay driver? please help me.

    That's mean

    Seriously, what you can do is to assign as much RAM as you can. My recommendation is to use 1 GB if your computer has 2 to 4 GB, and 2 GB when you have 4+GB on the host.

    This could also come handy: Windows XP Mode slow

    What a fun ... lol .... so much replies after such a delay . I am very very sorry that I dont run any type of XP atm; neither virtual nor actual, and I will never run Xp in future.

    But you know what happened there ? I did not know that it is to install vmware tools in a guest os

    To be honest, the only reason I run a VM nowadays is for making my Mods, so I have a "secure" environment to test them in. XP Mode is a conveniant free tool for this.

    Seriously though Archie you should fill out your system specs mate

    Thought many times that I am to do it ... but it is my lazy nature .

    OK , I will fill up my specs by the next weekend .
