system type 32-bit operating system. i can not find it on the cd's or sleeve's if it's a 32-64 bit sorry do you think if i did a google search i can find it that way? if they are 32 or 64 bit programs

No we are ok. If the computer were 64, and the programs 32 there would be a problem, but I am sure that they are compatible. Now take one of the DVD's and just put it in the drive. Watch carefully for what happens. When it is installed or it is rejected, just leave another note. Write down any messages or warnings that you get.

It looks like you handled it correctly. I will assume that you did it correctly for all the programs. I will give you the url for the MS site. You can work with it to be sure that MS says that your programs are compatible.

i have my roxio creator 2009 special edition working now. i had to download the creator2009sp4.exe now i have to see if i can get some help on getting. my trend micro antivirus+antispyware 2009 and my nero 8 ultra edition to work now.
