Troubleshoot on VM Display setting

Hi,

at first I wasn't sure were to place that thread. So I'm sorry if its wrong here.

I need to know were I can change the "Hardware Beschleunigung" (I guess its called "hardware acceleration" or "hardware speedup").
I hoped to find it within the display settings > advanced > troubleshoot screen, but the button "Change settings" is disabled.

If the setting I need is behind this button, can someone tell me how to activate it?

My system is a virtual machine by VM-Ware Fusion 3. I enabled the 3D option and gave the VM more then 3 GB of ram and 2 CPU cores. So even Aero view is no problem.

The goal is to display HD videos. I know thats quite a lot for a VM but I got run that with XP really acceptable. So I'm sure its possible in Windows 7 as well.
