    Screen problem?

    Hi,
My laptop has for no reason developed a strange mark on the screen.
I have not knocked it or anything.
Any help please or ideas as the machine is only 4 months old!

    Thanks in advance.

I tried to use UD Pixel fix, but that does not seem to be working. Also J Screen, no luck there either.
I am not sure, but I seem to to think now from what I have read, that if they show up black they are dead pixels??

I have searched for Safe Mode on this laptop, but cannot find any reference to it?
    F8 does nothing!!

Oh, if I do a screen print with the Snipping Tool it does not show on that.

    Any advice welcome.

    Hi,

I just got a reply from UD Pixel and they said it is not Dead Pixel and should send laptop back, which is what I will do on Monday. (see picture above)
BUT, if it is not dead pixel, then what else can it be?
I know they will tell me, but it is going to be a few days before I know and not being able to speak Czech I am jut trying to preempt the call.

    Thanks
