Not really, they are just for fun, mostly nostalgic reasons. But I still game on Win98 sometimes.

Hi there

I use vmware products (we have them at work too so it's easier to stick with one product -- nothing against VBOX it's good too).

I use mine quite often for testing some new releases of SAP Netweaver stuff (No Windows 7 X-64 support yet).

I also use them for unsupported hardware like Minidiscs or old graph plotting / engineering blue print hardware.

Cheers

I used to have about 5 distributions of Linux running in virtual box but when I ran out of space in my hard disk they were the first to go unfortunately. Now I only have XP mode running when I need it to and thats hardly worth a screen shot.

What happend then ? Please tell .... I am just eager to know.

I tried it with various settings ..... but at last failed to run, all the times

Wish your success, man!

I also have a question to all the others... how many os a man actually need ? Why vista is necessary to me, if I have 7? Why to use Mint... If I have Ubuntu ?

But I find XP useful sometimes, so I have XP in my vmware, and I have Ubuntu... just when I get bored with 7 ( only for a few minutes in a week )
