VMware Remove Parental Control Account

I installed VMware, it itself made a parental control account and has destroyed my logon page
how can i remove this account?
It is not like normal accounts that you click on delete this account.
In this directory it is built:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Parental Controls

but, normal accounts are in this directory:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts\Manage Accounts
