There is no way to get XP for free unless you have the Professional or higher version.
I doubt trading in your Windows 7 license is advantageous at this point.

Okay i got 3 things to say
1. I lied, i dont really need XP i just want it, for some reasons xD
2. i actually do have an XP pro CD but i can be borthed looking for it
3. i tryed to use Virtual PC the new one but it never works, how ever 2007 works but i dont like that i want the new one xD
