Cant install a dat license in XP mode

ey people i am in a huge problem!!!!

I am trying to use the lattice software in XP mode. It is intalled and I created a license in their webpage and gave my physical adress and it generates me and i paste it in the file location that is given. But when the program executes it puts me

"Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a windows terminal service guest session"

I dont know if its because the file path is another because its a virtual XP or if has anything to do that in XP mode it is a physical adresss. I have tested it with the two physical adrees and nothing

Apparently this is a known issue. You have to contact the service department and they'll fix it for you.

Lattice. They should be able to fix it. If you can only use their program in a real or virtual Win XP, they should have a fix for it not working.
