Trouble Installing Files for East Asian Languages for XP Mode

did a search for japanese and havent found a solution, so if I have missed something, perhaps someone can directed me to it.

I am attempting to set up XP Mode in a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit machine. I have been unable to install East Asian languages files. When I click the box in the Regional and Language Options dialog box in XP, it is unable to locate the needed file. went searching for it and found it buried deep in my windows 7 windows folder and when i pointed the VM to the folder it couldnt see the file. i have tried getting it to search my xp pro x64 cd and my xp home x86 cd but to no avail. anyone have any clues on this?............

If anyone knows for certain that it is not possible to do this, would you please inform me.
