    Hi shiker,
Have you tried to install the Avaya software then before you open it, run the Avaya update manager and see if there is updates it wants to install then try to open Avaya?

Or maybe grab the latest n greatest from their website?

hey raj thanks for the quick response.
i work in a company and they gave me only the version without any avaya update manager

if you could give a link to the avaya update manager or higher avaya ip soft-phone version I'll be very gratitude

    Hi shiker,
Looks like you got to create an id/password on their site to download the latest software or run the "compatibility checker" that they have. Here is the page where you can create an account.
