    Vista update.

I just got back to Vista because of an emergency back-up.
So I decided to install all the updates.

Problem is, it stays like the image below all the time.

I have waited 30 minutes, and it hasn't changed at all.
Its moving, responding, but it won't get past 0,00%, or above 0kb total.

How fast is your internet connection?

I have had this happen a few times before, where it seemed it was stalled, but eventually downloaded.

These are a pretty hefty batch of updates as well. I'm not sure about the Vista side, but it should be close to 50mb.

Maybe reboot the system, and try again. If it's still not working, we'll throw some more recommendations your way.

when's the last time you ran a disk cleanup, or even deleted your temporary internet files?

If the above still doesn't resolve your issue, I would also try this.

    Thanks!

Apparently, it downloaded without showing me progress.
That way it shot up to 99% at once.

    Everything is working fine now.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to help me out, I appreciate it.

Since this is solved out, how do I do that ''Solved'' marking like all the other solved threads have?

Just click on the Report Post icon. It's the one on the far right. Just leave a note to the mods that the subject is resolved.
