Installed sp1? Use alot of disk space?

I decided to install SP1 on my spare machine basically so see for myself of what improvements it would make, well, not enough to notice but to be honest windows 7 is pretty solid.

Anyway I did noticed it took up a lot of my disk space, I thought hang on minute..this cant be right so after searching the web i did come accross this usefull bit of information about.

But first, be warned do not attempt to do this if you really cannot be bothered to do a clean install early next year, why.. well after performing the tutorial in the link you cannot uninstall SP1!!

And you will need to uninstall to install the final version of SP1, THUS RE-INSTALL!

so only do this after installing SP1 FINAL if you find it takes a lot of disk space up.

it is actually old news, but i didn't know..

Actually you can uninstall using system restore. Not a traditional uninstall, but a workaround.
