So I am back with solution:

I am attaching to post files to replace, please download them & unpack anywhere e.g on your desktop this will create on your desktop FilesToReplace folder with subfolders: Manifests and Packages

Go to dowloaded files ...open folder FilesToReplace\Packages and copy all files to
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages and all files from FilesToReplace\Manifests copy to C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\WinSxS\Manifests.Next run Readiness Tool again. When it finish please download & install problematic updates from Microsoft Download center Microsoft Download Center

    (not from Windows Update)

You ran Readiness Tool, then these folder must exist,or you cleared C:\Windows\Temp folder. The best way use any good 3p file manger e.g Total Commander (not build-in explorer)

    EDIT

If you really don't have these folders, just create them manually

The manifests folder can be found in c:\windows\winsxs\manifests
The packages folder can be found in c:\windows\servicing\packages

Nothing in the TEMP folder should be in use other than possibly a few .SQM files.
