In general this means that the MS serves are busy and cannot send requests. I see no correlation between the code and the administrative account problem
Windows Update error 80072efd As you have already read.

Yeh but I checked for updates in admin and I have no problem but when I check in standard user it will not update. I think this started with the MSE update the other day. I can update MSE through MSE or in admin mode but I cant update through standard user. It is recognizing the updates and it does download them but it won't install them in standard user.

I'm just going to hope they fix this issue in a later update. I know I don't have any malware. I'm too careful and I have been using Ubuntu almost all of the time. I hardly ever use win7. It will probably get fixed in a later updat and I can update through admin until then I guess.

You can also try to create another standard user account and see if the first is defective, at least for test purposes.

See this tutorial and under that "Who can install updates" (Serial no. 6). That box needs to be checked.

Privoxy was blocking some things. I installed it but wasn't using it and I guess it was out of date and was blocking a lot of things. Thanks for trying to help anyway.
