What does that contribute to the discussion?. I have been imaging with most any imaging product out there - including that one.
Means if you use wdsimagebackup then you should not have problem ...IMO ...
I use the built-in Backup utility to image my system. I recently restored it to about 8 months ago and it prompted for re-activation, which I did. No clue why, like everyone else, but it also happened using this built-in solution.
I have lost the card with the activation key that came with my system (office was preloaded). I want to update to Windows 10 and will need the key. Is there any way I can find the key on my computer?
Got a problem with two programs, Revo Uninstaller & RegAce, randomly losing their activation. This has been an ongoing problem for several months. I first thought it was my maintenance/cleanup programs but after extensive testing, those are not the issue as I cannot forcibly recreate the issue....
Ok, on oct 26th I must have had a bad virus and my computer got turned off before I could get it off using my virus program or spyware program. I tried everything, but it just kept rebooting after making it to the login screen. I could not get it to start up in safe mode, I could not find my system...
This happens most often to my Windows 7 Forum shortcut.
This what it looks like now.......

Now and then, it would change into something like a globe. A little later, it would revert back to the " normal " image.
What causes that ?
