because I heard that win 7 already have automatically install driver for laptop or pc
Download and run the windows 7 upgrade adviser and it will tell you if your hardware is supported or needs drivers that are not included in the windows install media. Download details: Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor

If you purchase and use an "anytime upgrade" key from the Microsoft store, it actually simply unlocks the additional features and adds components required for these automatically - no reinstall or setup required.

    Thanks you for advice..

Just to be on the safe side, could you post the product ID ( Cpmputer Properties ) so we can see whether he sent you a retail key or an MSDN/TechNet key??

The Ultimate I think he ordered from Microsoft not E-bay so it should be good to go.

SUPA FRANKY, the "Product ID" Tews is talking about is displayed on your System page, Windows key and Pause/Break key. Its not the Product Code you used to do the any time upgrade. I think what Tews wants to see is the second group of 3 digits. Mine is 00359-OEM-8702992-88444. Hmm, I wonder what the OEM stands for.
