Yes, you can use an Upgrade disk. Use this tutorial as an aid installing.
Doing a Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version
EDIT= If you want a good install, you must do a Clean Install. There are tutorials that say an upgrade can be done, but do yourself a favor and do a Clean Install.
