Sp1 slower boot up

I've noticed a slower boot up after installing SP1. What did SP1 install or change for the slower boot up?

It's not crashing and very stable. After the Win logo then the Welcome I get a please wait; then the desktop.

how long have you 'had' sp1?

the first few boots may be slow, but will probably get faster in time as prefetching (or whatever) learns what's going on...
