I've gotten that same error. I did not see a reference to the error code or the update KB number in the link provided.

I got the same error this morning, for the same update. Usually when Windows Update gets an error, I can check update again and the missed update will be available for download. This time, KB2387530 was not available for download at all.

I suppose I could manually download it, but I wonder: I'm running a desktop machine that doesn't have WiFi capability. Could it be that Windows just decided not to download the update, because it was unnecessary?

Or is this something I should really try to download and install manually?

I have the exact same issue. Probably it was already included in SP1 and therefore now not available and/or its install failed. I do not have any wi-fi device either.

Since windows update does not offer it any more, I am ignoring this for now.
