Error 643 on Security Update

These two images basically sum up my issue. I cannot install these two updates shown. I upgraded from Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit, which is what I am running now. Help a brother out, how can I fix this?

Since the 643 return code is a generic one, either use the Fixit or the steps to manually enable Windows Installer logging under For computers that are running Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 as it also applies to Windows 7, found on this MSKB -

You receive error code 0x80070643 or error code 0x643 when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates

Disable Windows Installer logging after the updates fail to install. Then please post the contents of the log -

1. Click Start, type %temp% in the Search programs and files field
2. Double-click the Microsoft Installer log file.
   
   Note Typically, the Microsoft Installer log file starts with "Msi" and has the .log file name extension. For example, the name of the Microsoft Installer log file may resemble Msib3a6g.log.
