Hello Amigos & welcome to Sevenforums!

What do you mean by that exactly? You mean by activating your Windows 7?

Best Regards,

For Activating only your Windows License key is needed.
If you want to Register they want your name, address etc. Registration is not needed to run Windows, Activation is.

More than likely, you were entering info to register your computer with the Mfg for the warranty, etc. What brand of computer is it ?

You may be right on that Jack.

Amigos, if that is the case you most likely had to create an account with the PC maker. Log back into the account and you can view the info you entered.
