when i go to install updates, it will proceed for bout a min and freeze, and i have to turn pc off.
can sumone plz help me

Looks like it broke your keyboard, too.
Do you have other updates to install with it? If you do, install them first and reboot. If not, download the full SP1 file and try that method.
