Windows 7: finding my key

Knowingly or unknowingly, people do commit such mistakes. The best option for OP will be to correct the mistake by purchasing a legal retail version of Windows 7, install, enjoy and live happily.

But if it is educational volume licensing being redistributed, then that isn't really any better.
