Hello fbactol and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'm a little confused about this: "i'm having this problem last april when i update my windows and from that time until now its very difficult to update because nothing i can see except of the above mentioned."

Did you update your Windows operating system last April (like from XP or Vista to Windows 7) or did the Windows Updates for Windows 7 start to malfunction at that time?

If the link provided by Bill2 doesn't help do you have a restore point that goes back to before the problem began?

    System Restore

If still no help try running System File Checker. If it finds any problems run it 3-4 times.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
