    hi rich
its not just a case of bloatware. her laptop deffo needs a clean install. b4 i created the recovery discs i 4got to remove a program. its a antivirus/ parental control prog which needs to hav the password inorder to uninstall it. i hav lost the password to that. hence why the reecovery discs r no good.

can i not use any of these kinds of iso/disc's

Original untouched Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 and Server 2008 SP1 iso's. The same iso's that are found on Technet and supplied to OEM and Retailers.

Yes just use a clean iso and the key on the sticker on the computer, make sure you install the same windows edition that came preinstalled otherwise the sticker key wont work. If it doesnt activate online use phone activation.
