Is there any way to disable message e.g "1 of 1 updates installing,
do not turn off your computer" about update during Windows 7 shutdown / startup ?

hi there welcome to the forum

no the message is to warn you if you turn off pc while windows is updating you will harm it and give your pc probs incomplete update instillation.

No. The reason the message appears is that some updates can only be configured during the shut down and start up period.

If the warning message had not been written, just imagine the complaints that would be generated along the lines of: "My computers hangs when updating......"
