Windows 7: August Windows Update corrupts dlls/netframe?

Windows 7 Home Not So Premium 64 bit SP1
 
 

Well she came back up!
I checked my business software and at top level it works fine.

Itried to install the Windows Update fror Net Framework (KB2533523) and it fails the same log as before, just a new date.

I have a checklist of things that worked and things that didn't I will try and see if anything changed but so far looks unchanged.

Log from fail of direct install (did not use IE to run)
