my home premium 64 bit randomly became blacklisted?

Hi, I bought my windows 7 on the pre release offer, so I have had it a while. I have not changed or messed with anything recently, I closed a browser today and there was a this copy of windows is not genuine above my clock? shortly after screen went black, so I tried to activate it said my code was banned? I tried by fone and that said my code was banned?
I downloaded the validation tool guess what?
So I google ms support and started a chat, I then realised it was usa support (i'm in uk) they said the code was valid, they then gave me a brand new key, this said my code was blocked, the lady went away for a while after i uploaded some diagnostic files, during this time my windows became active again!
She said it looked like it had been blocked but she had fixed it, and told me to contact m$ uk, which I did and received a standard cribboard reply.
So what happened here then? LOL
