Hello!

That error code makes more sense Thanks!

Code:
# for hex 0x800b0003 / decimal -2146762749 :
  TRUST_E_SUBJECT_FORM_UNKNOWN winerror.h
# The form specified for the subject is not one supported or
# known by the specified trust provider.
What this effectively means is actually exceedingly similar to your previous SP1 error.

I suspect that we have a slightly deeper, rare, same vein issue.

Please copy the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder to your Desktop, right click on it > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder, and upload the new file which is created on your Desktop here.

Thanks a lot!

Richard

I don't know that software, i think is a good one.

But the game don't like my computer, same error.
Let's forget the game for the time-being.

I want to know:
Have you installed all critical updates? Yes/No
Have you installed all important updates? yes/no
Have you install all optional updates? Yes/no.

That's three questions. And the three answers are 1)____, 2) ______, 3)_______

Oh yes,
I ran across the same thing as Richard.

Sure am glad that he is the one analyzing the cbs.log file.

I also will not be surprised if you have trouble installing other MS updates, in fact, I'm going to be surprised if I get back three yes answers.

I was afraid that would be the case.

There is a very recent FixIt for install problems.

Now I make no promises, but I must say that I'm interested in your experiences when you try this:

Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically

This is a Microsoft FixIt and, from the description they give, at least the fixit should do no harm.

Oh well. Doesn't surprise me. The troubleshooters/FixIts still have a long ways to go. When they work, one is glad.

Two questions.
Have you remove all anti virus except MSE?
Are you using a torrent to download your games?
