Cannot install Windows Security Update KB2570947

Yesterday Windows Update installed a number of important updates. Smoothly as usual.
But Security Update for Windows 7 (KB2570947) (172 KB) cannot be installed.
Tried 20 times but it fails all the time.
Error code 80072F78, could not find any proper help that solved the problem.

Already temporarily disabled my ESET NOD32 5 protection, no difference.
    Any help?
    Thanks!

Error code 80072F78 seems to be related to the time and date including Internet Zone. Make sure your computer is right on time zone.

    Yes I know.
That is what I found in several support sites.
But it makes no sense: my computer time and time zone have been correct from the start. Never wrong.
    So, then what?

did all of the other updates install correctly?

Never 2nd guess MS on the updates.
    Install all critical updates.
    Install all important updates.
Install all optional updates (other than the 30+ language updates)

Check the update history. Any other updates which have not eventually been successfully installed?

Have you tried to manually install that MS update? That might not solve Error code 80072F78, but at least if it does install

    Yes, all always smooth.
This is the first and only one that gives trouble.

I am not a North American customer, but live in Indonesia.
So phone or email support not available, which is strange, by the way.
    Then what?

What exactly IS a manual update? I keep retrying to install the failing one, every time failing again.
    Any other procedure?

    WinYoga,

Let's get one thing out of the way right now which can cause update problems.

I need for you to verify that you have a genuine Win 7.

If MS thinks you r version is not genuine, this can cause all kinds of problems with updates. They so not genuine, then you end up with update problems.
Do me a favor. WIN + Pause/Break | bottom right., you should see a Genuine Microsoft display. Iif not then, have you activated your Windows?
    If not, then activate.

WIN is the key with the wavy microsoft flag.

I'n not saying that this is the problem, I just want to make sure that we don't waste your time.
