my windows suddenly says not genuine.

plz help me all things are ok till yesterday eve. but now it saying that this copy winduws is not genuine. my wallpaper is gone my installed gadgets r gone toolbar programs r gone firefox theme is gone and most of my installed programr are missing plz help me guyes.is thear any way to fix it i dont want to reinstall windows.today is my very important presentation. is not letting me to take snapshot. thats i cant sand you a image.
