Windows 7: Unattended manual updates.

Unattended manual updates.

This may seem a strange request. But I want to perform batch processing of Windows 7 updates (ie, set up a load ready to go, click yes and let them do their thing). Reason being is that I've started uni however, I have been allocated halls that do not have internet access. I've bought a 3G USB dongle so I can at least browse the web and grab important coursework notes but I'm trying to limit my downloads as much as possible - especially as my machine is a dual boot 7 x64 / Vista x86 system.

With this in mind, I'm checking what downloads are available in Windows Update, making a note of the reference number (KB734545 whatever), downloading them at the uni and sticking them on a USB key to take home with me.

As you can imagine, manually doing each one each time can be quite cumbersome, so is there a way to have all done in one click?
