Failing to update Win 7 with SP1 and to install IE9

Hello,
I installed several new updates but Service pack 1 for Win 7 keeps failing giving me the error message 0x80070541. I am using Win 7 Home Premium 32 Hebrew version, updated from Vista 7 Home Premium 32 Hebrew version

I have tried twice, it gets to around 98-100% downloaded and then displays the error and the option to retry. The same thing happened when I tried to install IE9.
I am using an admin account and have default Windows settings with McAfee Antivirus software , which I have disabled during the update. I have tried running standalone install programs:
Windows6.1-KB947821-v14-x86.msu, IE9-Windows7-x86-en.exe and setup37561_100_DL.exe, with the same results.
Normally I don't have any problems installing updates.

I have included a summary of my computer’s system and components.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
