    Sorry for the delay in responding! Have you already run the System Update Readiness Tool? If so, could you please upload the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log, just as you did the sfcdetails?

    I have the checksur file but there is not checksur.log unless the .log is hidden or something
