Hey all..just a quick question...
I purchased Win7 OEM and installed it on a new 80GB SSD that I just got for my laptop. I havent activated windows yet on that drive and decided that I want a bigger drive instead. My question is...since I havent activated the OEM windows yet, am I still able to install and activate it on a different drive?

In a nutshell, yes.
That's the beauty of the 30-day trial activation period as it gives you a fighting chance to sort out any hardware issues before you activate Windows.

FWIW, even if you had activated it already, changing the drive does not prevent re-activation on the same motherboard - it's ONLY motherboard changes that MS is concerned about as far as activation goes - although changing enough other hardware may force a re-activation, it shouldn't give any problems if you use the telephone service if required.
Also note that MS changed the wording on the OEM System Builder license to make it more plain that it is NOT supposed to be used on self-build systems, either by pros or hobbyists. It now states that the installs must be sold to a third party.
